Located at Heathrow Terminal 5, the Aspire Lounge is a peaceful and relaxed space where you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the airport.

Unwind in this sophisticated and stylish lounge where you can enjoy free WiFi and views of the runways. There plenty of tasty food and refreshing drinks to keep you in the holiday mood and there are even showers and a spa available if you want to really treat yourself (additional charges apply for showers and treatments).

Dress code

The Aspire Lounge has a smart-casual dress code and while you are allowed to wear smart shorts, sandals, trainers, hooded tops, jeans and t-shirts there are a few things the lounge deems as unsuitable; you can find them below:

• Clothing with slogans which may cause offense
• Sports shirts or tracksuits
• Beach flip flops
• Exposed midriffs, upper thighs or bare shoulders on men
• Hen and stag do clothing or fancy dress

Food & Drink

There are plenty of traditional and local dishes available throughout the day so no need to worry about going hungry. You can choose from breakfast rolls, yoghurt, cereals and pastries in the morning or cream teas, soups and pastas in the afternoon. To keep you refreshed throughout the day there are plenty of drinks available whether it's teas, coffees and soft drinks or beers, wines and spirits!

Entertainment

Enjoy free WiFi at the Aspire Lounge as well as plenty of table-side charging points so you can keep all your devices powered. There also plenty of newspapers and magazines to read or you could book yourself in for a spa treatment - these come as 20 and 40 minute treatments depending on how much time you have before your flight. Please note there is an additional charge for any spa treatments.

Directions

After security follow the signs for 'Gate A1-23'. Then follow the signs for 'Aspire Lounge and Spa' and you'll find the Lounge adjacent to Gate 18 on the left hand side.

Additional information

The Aspire Lounge is in Terminal 5A so please give yourself a little extra time if you are flying from 5B or 5C.
