Breakfast

Beefeater - 6.30am to 10.30am weekdays, 7am to 11am weekends

Set yourself up for the day with an unlimited full English and continental buffet. It's £9.99 for the full English and £7.50 for the continental per person. Travelling as a family? Good news - up to two kids under 16 eat breakfast for free with a paying adult.

Getting to the Airport

You can drive from the hotel to the Park and Ride car park in 10 to 15 minutes. Once you've parked your car, leave your keys and take the included shuttle to the terminal. The bus runs every 20 minutes from 3.45am to 11.40pm and takes around 10-12 minutes - it's included in the price.

A postcode and what3words are included in your confirmation to make your journey easier. Check in from 3pm and check out by 12 noon.

Parking

Purple Parking Park & Ride is included while you're away, which is available for all terminals. You'll just need to pay for overnight parking at the hotel, which costs £6. Drive to Purple Parking on the day of your flight to park your car and hand over your keys, then take the included shuttle to the terminal. When you return, catch the bus back to Purple Parking from bus stop 30, pick up your car and head back home.

Accessibility

The hotel is accessible and has a lift, ramp access and accessible rooms. Accessible rooms include:

• Emergency pull cords
• Wider entry bathrooms with rails and either a lowered bath or wet room

If you'd like an accessible room you can request one when you book. The Park and Ride car park is fully accessible for customers with limited mobility. When you arrive let reception know immediately that you have a mobility vehicle.

Good to Know

In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution. If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow - make sure you check before you travel.

Larger or commercial vehicle? The car park has changed its terms and conditions meaning that some larger vehicles are no longer accepted. If your vehicle is one they won't accept you'll be charged an additional £25 per day when you arrive.
