Holiday Inn T5 Heathrow Airport Arrived and were given a double room when I'd booked for 3 people. They did change us straight away. Got to air port as car was booked in for 4am and they didn't have paper work for my car had to wait in the cold with a young child in till 4.45am for them to turn up as you can imagine I was not happy!
