Hilton T4 Heathrow Airport The Hotel was perfect as was the collection service from Heathrow. We were NOT able to use the pick-up from the Hotel to the Airport as because, despite us telling you which flight we were on YOUR bus did not arrive at the Hotel in time to get us to the Airport in time. Hilton T4 Heathrow Airport Yes everything was as described but better. Icing on the cake was when we returned to Hilton T4 to Collect our car after a 18 hour flight we asked if we could pay for a shower and they allowed us access to free shower plus towels shampoo and soap and hairdryer. Hilton T4 Heathrow Airport The one thing that did not go smoothly was that the barrier at the car park gate did not go up despite our having had our ticket processed at the Hilton before we left. Someone eventually sorted out the problem for us, but it seemed less than smooth at the end of a long flight and with a long drive home to face. Mr Baumer 05 Aug, 2017

Hilton T4 Deluxe Room Heathrow Airport On arrival told only had a King room with one bed even though I had booked and paid for a triple room. There was no mention at the time of booking that put you up bed would be placed in the room. A triple room by other hotel standards is either three single beds or one queen bed and one single bed. When we got to the room it was the smallest room they had and we could not even get our luggage in the room which you would not expect given that it is an airport hotel. Then to top things off our daughter sat on the "put you up" bed to find a half drunk glass bottle of whisky . Which was all witnessed by the porter who had just brought our luggage to the room.
