Club Aspire
- Terminal 3
This comfortable and welcoming lounge is excellent for families with children of any age welcome. You'll be able to enjoy free WiFi, plenty of snacks and drinks to keep everyone happy as well as newspapers and magazines for you to flick through while you wait. There are showers available as well if you need to freshen up before your flight, there is a charge of £20 to use them and they can be booked on arrival at the lounge.
Plaza Premium Lounge

With breakfast, lunch and dinner served throughout the day as well as a steady stream of drinks you won't have to worry about keeping you energy levels up at the Plaza Premium lounges. The WiFi in the lounge is free so there's no need to worry about your data while you check your social media and there are plenty of newspapers and magazines to keep you entertained.
SkyTeam Lounge

The SkyTeam Lounge is a modern and minimalist place to relax before your flight. There's free WiFi, a quiet area with beds for a quick pre-flight nap and even a wellness centre with massage chairs and showers. You'll also find plenty of snacks and drinks to keep you well-fed during the day and children are welcome so the whole family can relax.
No1 Lounge

The No1 Lounge at Heathrow is an award winning lounge where you can enjoy full waiter service for your delicious pre-flight, sit-down meal. As well as the tasty food you'll get free WiFi, a range of self-serve snacks (if you are just a bit peckish) and there's a cinema room showing films! The lounge is open to children of all ages, although children over 12 must be booked and paid for as adults.
Aspire Lounge
- Terminal 5
The Aspire Lounge offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere with runway views and free WiFi. There's plenty of food and drink to enjoy before you fly and if you really want to unwind there are showers (a £20 charge applies) and a spa area where you can book a 20 or 40 minute treatment. If you just want to sink into a comfortable chair and do some reading there are plenty of newspapers and magazines to help you with that.
