What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the car park and head to a drop-off bay. You'll need to leave your keys so the team can move your car to a secured location.

How do I get to Terminal 4?

Check in your car and catch the 3-minute shuttle bus to T4. It's included in the price and runs every 10 to 12 minutes, 24 hours a day. The postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you return, take the shuttle bus back to the car park, pick up your keys, and head home.

There are Blue Badge Bays at the car park; however, the shuttle bus is not accessible.

• In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow - make sure you check before you travel.
• Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
• Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
• Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
