Need to know

Drive to the car park - directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. The barrier will recognise your car reg and lift automatically. Drive in, and park in any space.

Check in at reception where you'll be directed to the EV charging bays. Drive to a charging bay and plug your car in to charge - you'll need to use your own charging cable. Head back to reception, hand in your keys, and catch the included shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs when needed 24 hours a day and takes 6 minutes.

When you return, once you've collected your luggage, call the car park to request a pick-up. Catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from outside arrivals. Pick your keys up from reception, drive to the barrier which will lift, then drive home.

Accessibility

The car park's shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly - you'll just need to call the car park once you've booked to request this.

The Park Mark awarded car park is secured by:

• 24-hour staff patrols

Facilities

While you're waiting for the shuttle, the following facilities are available to use:

• Toilets
• Baby-changing facilities

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until 12 midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.5m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
