What should I do when I arrive?

Upon arrival, drive to the Sofitel hotel car park and head to the dedicated meet & greet area. Park in a designated meet and greet bay and look out for a uniformed driver. Walk to the terminal in just 3 minutes.

How do I get to North Terminal?

The terminal is just a short 3-minute walk from the meet and greet area, making it a convenient option for travelers.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you return, your car will be brought back to the same spot where you dropped it off. Park Up Meet and Greet offers a 'No Wait Guarantee': if you wait longer than 10 minutes for your car, you'll be refunded 25%. Waiting longer than 20 minutes earns a 50% refund, and if the wait exceeds 40 minutes, you'll get a full refund.

This guarantee applies as long as:

• The correct return flight number, landing date, and time have been provided.
• Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
• No vehicle issues prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, or fuel problems.
• There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
• Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.

How safe is my car?

The car park is secured by:

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility as a shuttle bus isn't required.

Additional Information

• Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport.
• Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Beyond this, you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, subject to change.
• Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) are accepted as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There are no height restrictions.
• All airport fees are included in the price.
• Please print your booking confirmation and bring it with you as it will be needed when you arrive.
