What should I do when I arrive?

Park in an arrival lane at the car park, located outside the car park's office. Check-in and hand over your keys. While you head off to catch the shuttle bus to the terminals, your car will be parked for you.

How do I get to Gatwick?

The car park provides a free shuttle bus transfer to both terminals, which runs on demand and takes only five minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you land, call the car park. They will bring your car to the Approved Operator lane in the terminal forecourt.

North Terminal - exit on the ground floor, cross over and walk between the two car parks towards the Premier Inn. Wait in the lane opposite the hotel, where your car will be delivered.

South Terminal - exit the building and catch the lift to the ground floor. Cross to the far lane marked 'Approved Operator' and wait for your car to be delivered.

How safe is my car?

While you're away your car will be moved and stored in a secured car park. Have a look at the security features below:
