What should I do when I arrive?

Drive up to the barrier which will automatically read your number plate and lift to let you into the car park. Head to the reception where you'll need to show your booking confirmation and hand over your keys so that a member of the team can park your car for you while you head to the airport.

How do I get to Gatwick?

There's a free transfer bus that runs to the South Terminal 24 hours a day and takes about 5 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

The transfer bus will collect you from the same area it dropped you off and whisk you back to the car park. Head back to the reception and they'll hand you back your keys; your car will be parked nearby ready for you to head home.

How safe is my car?

Your car will remain in the secured Long Stay Plus car park for the duration of your trip; below you can see the security features of the car park:

Anything else I should know?

The Long Stay Plus car park can't accept trailers.

The maximum height is 2.5 metres.
