What should I do when I arrive?

Park your car in one of the designated arrival lanes outside the office at the car park, check in, and leave your keys. Your vehicle will be parked for you as you take the shuttle bus to the terminal.

How do I get to Gatwick?

The bus operates on demand whenever it's needed and serves both terminals. The shuttle service is included in the price and takes less than 5 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you get back, your car will be delivered to you at the Short Stay car park – a 2-minute walk from the terminal.
