What should I do when I arrive?

Park your car in one of the designated arrival lanes outside the office at the car park, check in, and leave your keys. Your vehicle will be parked for you as you take the shuttle bus to the terminal.

How do I get to Gatwick?

The bus runs on demand when it's needed and goes to both terminals. It's included in the price and takes less than 5 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you get back, your car will be delivered to you at the Short Stay car park – a 2-minute walk from the terminal.

How safe is my car?

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or taxis/not long-wheelbase vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There is a height restriction of 2.1 metres
