Sandman Signature Gatwick Airport My flight arrived on time and there were no particular delays getting through passport control or luggage. I rang the telephone number as directed at. I was told my car would not be ready for 40 - 50 minutes and not to bother to come down until then. At I went down but the car was still not ready. Sandman Signature Gatwick Airport great hotel, check in was quick and a taxi was booked for the next morning. Room was very hot the air con did not work, just made a noise. they are doing work at the hotel so maybe this will be sorted. return pick up was great, we had maple manor return meet and greet. called them when we picked up our bags, walked across the road to the car park and our car arrived straight away. have already booked this hotel package for October and would highly recommend. In fact, our flight was delayed by a day and when I called, the staff were very understanding, told me not to worry and to call the number I had originally been given and the car would be dropped off as arranged. Sandman Signature Gatwick Airport Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, lovely food and room was amazing. Beds comfortable and had black out curtains which really helped with 2 young children getting to sleep on a summers evening. Would definitely come again, but not use the Purple Parking just because we didn't feel comfortable leaving our keys for the week. Would choose a parking place where you park yourself. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and we shall definitely stay there again when we travel out of Gatwick.
