Ramada Crawley Gatwick Gatwick Airport Room very nicely decorated and bathroom well fitted. It was more comfortable after fan was supplied from very helpful receptionist as no air conditioning. Only real concern was the unattractive approach from rear car park, which was full of large rental vans. This made it a bit difficult to park and quite oppressive, so parked overnight in public square at front of hotel. Ramada Crawley Gatwick Gatwick Airport Good location, friendly staff when dropping car off, despite being silly o'clock in the morning - only thing that could have improved things would be the drivers being a little more helpful. I was on crutches due to an injury, they were wandering up & down that bus organising people, could have helped with case instead of bossing everyone around. The radiator in the room easily visible was off but the other one was behind the curtain & the knob to turn it down was so close to the wall it was almost impossible to turn it. Ramada Crawley Gatwick Gatwick Airport No problems at all. Excellent service from both the hotel and the parking venue. No issues with anything. Transport to and from the AIrport was great. Happy that there was no damage to the car or any unexpected miles etc. Very happy with this as this was a first time use. Would suggest that if you're staying overnight, arrive early and recce the parking location in day light to make things easier. It's not hard to find but if you're unfamiliar with the area and road layout it's worth doing.
