Europa Gatwick Airport The hotel was amazing x but not looked after which was sad x dirty pond x fab butts everywhere x cracked tiles on fire escape x food wasn't good under cooked x the staff were rude x I was told no one was on the desk as they all having a fab break out the back x Miss Bradford 21 May, 2022

Europa Gatwick Airport Arrived at 23.15 was seen at reception at 00.00 to be told no rooms; sent to Russ Hill and got to bed at 01.10. Then got a parking ticket at the Europa which they said they will sort. Not good service and airparks should really have a strong word with this hotel Mr Flynn 24 Oct, 2017

Europa Gatwick Airport Booking was fine, confirmation received.Hotel reception staff helpful. However parking difficult. Cars were parked everywhere and had to squeeze into a tiny space. Hotel room very basic and I didn't even want to use the shower. Bar area fine and food was nice. The carvery option in restaurant was poor and glad we chose to eat in the bar as were informed by other guests that it was not nice. Europa Gatwick Airport The food was inedible, the tv didn't work, I called reception, they didn't have anyone on site to fix it, when I asked if I could have could have a code for free wifi instead she said no, I would have to pay. I would say the taxi firm connected to the hotel are fantastic ,we used them 4 times as we did the twilight book in , they were ontime and charged the agreed rate. Europa Gatwick Airport The hotel europa Gatwick was absolutely disgusting, it was filthy smelly in fact if this was a home for animals the rspca would have it closed the first room we were given had rotting mouldy carpet the second room had dirty and stained sheets by the time we got to the third room we just took as we really didn't have an option the bathrooms in all the rooms were not fit for purpose as in you wouldn't shower a flea ridden cat in them as the poor animal would most likely catch something was from it. I have photos to back these claims which may seem extreme, as for the parking facilities these are just and accident waiting to happen, very poor lighting dangerous uneven surface vehicles parked on double yellow lines blocking Cleary marked fire lanes on the night we stayed if a fire engine was needed it would not have been able to get near the entrance I think as a company you should be embarrassed to recommend anyone to stay there we wouldn't stay there again if you paid us. I tweeted Britannia hotels on this matter but guess what no response so they are obviously aware of the problems at this hotel but while it keeps being full with unsuspecting guests mostly just for one night they will leave it in the disgusting state it is in and yes please do publish my comments but somehow I don't think you will Mr Sheehan 04 Oct, 2016

Europa Gatwick Airport The room was very outdated and dirty. Were glad to only be staying overnight. Staff were polite and friendly behind desk. Car parking was not very secure and not sufficient spaces, we had to abandon car on a verge as nowhere else to go. Mrs Pearce 13 Sep, 2016
