Holiday Inn Derby East-midlands Airport Hotel was fine checked in strait away. Getting into car park was a problem they said they did not have our booking. They let us in eventually. We hab to phone you while away to try and sort it. Got back it took them 10 minutes to find booking. Not what you want at 2am. We have used you many times this is the first problem. Holiday Inn Derby East-midlands Airport It is a very nice hotel. Clean, pleasant staff, good décor. Any extras like the minibar, bar or restaurant are really expensive. If the prices were better we would have ate there. Instead we went into the village, if you turn right at the end of the road and right at the lights it will take you to a village where there is a coop, pizza shop and other amenities.
