Book in advance with Airparks and save money on the official Meet and Greet parking at East Midlands Airport. Drop off and pick up your car at the airport terminal, cutting out the need for transfer buses.

On arrival: Head towards the Short Stay car park and then follow signs for the 'Rapid Drop-Off' point. When approaching, take the right hand lane and pull up to the VIP barrier on the right. Enter the PIN number Airparks provide on your booking confirmation to enter the Meet and Greet car parking area. A member of the Meet and Greet staff will greet you, take your details and give you a docket which you'll need to hold onto for your return. Then walk into the airport terminal to check-in. Your car will be taken to the East Midlands Airport Long Stay car park for the duration of your trip.

If your arrival time changes from that stated in your booking, please call 01332 812511 as soon as possible to confirm your new arrival time.

On your return: Make your way back to the Meet and Greet parking area where your driver and car will be waiting for you. Present your docket and you will be given a token to insert at the exit barrier.

Security: Your car is stored at the official Long Stay car park while you are away. It is a secured car park with high, perimeter fencing, security barriers and lighting, CCTV and staff patrols.

This service is ideal for disabled passengers but please note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
