When it’s dark the signs to the meet and greet are not very well lit up. Two cars in front of me struggled too. Having said that the actual experience and helpful staff was excellent. Meet and Greet with FastTrack and car wash Doncaster Airport On arrival a nice chap with a clip board greeted us by name and directed me to a parking place, told me where to go and drop the keys off. When I went to the office the chap in there told me he had no record of my booking despite me giving him my booking reference. How can the man outside know my name from registration number yet there be no record of my booking on the computer inside. The chap took my booking reference number and booked the car in manually. I was not at all convinced that he knew what he was doing and all the time we were away my companions were joking that I wouldn’t have a car when I got back. When I got off the plane on my return I was delighted to be able to see my car from the aircraft, however all not was not well when I went to retrieve my keys, the lady in office was not expecting me and could not find my keys she even asked me if we hadn’t got on the plane!!! As a result I've probably been charged. Drivers ahead of me seemed to have same problem. An umbrella which I left in the boot was broken when I returned. Meet and Greet Doncaster Airport Exellent service from your staff.We arrived back from Lanzarote on a delayed flight on a very cold nlght in february to find our car had a flat battery, we called Volvo service for assistance but before they arrived one of your staff managed to jump start the car with his own leads .While i was outside with the car my wife stayed in the office speaking to two extremely nice ladies who offered us hot drinks.My phone was almost out of charge and a member of staff left his ownphone charger for us to use when he went off shift.All in all cannot praise these staff enough great customer service(hope these staff get a thankyou from management).Doncaster airparks staff simply the BEST . We were directed to a bay to park in and directed then to the reception area. Keys handed over then off to the airport we went. Meet and Greet service at Doncaster was first class - I was met by name, and had top help with my disabled mother. The car park steward phoned through for special assistance and at that time no-one was available so he pushed my mother's wheelchair into the terminal for me which was great. Meet and Greet Doncaster Airport We were satisfied with the meet and greet it was very straightforward, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to be only a few minutes from departures. The only comment that I would make iis that after coming through the barriers, my friend and I were unsure at first where to go and wondered if we should have been on the road to our left, we pulled in and found two other cars pulled up and the people were also uncertain. Meet and Greet Doncaster Airport We parked so close to the airport which made it simple. We were met by someone who showed us where to park and helped us with our luggage. On return again we were met and after a long flight we were asked if we knew which way we needed to go to get out of the airport which in bigger airports can be an issue. Meet and Greet Doncaster Airport This was absolutely a very relaxed way to start your travel at the airport. Just drive up to Airparks reception and leave your keys behind. They will take care of the rest. The parking was less than a minute from the airport entrance itself. The same easy and relaxed way coming back. Just walk to the Airparks reception, pick up your keys and they have your car ready to resume your journey home.
