What should I do when I arrive?

Drive up to the barrier which will recognise your car registration, push the button and take the ticket provided. Drive into the car park and pick any free spot for your car.

Top Tip: Make sure you keep hold of your booking number (it'll be on your confirmation email)

What about when it's time to leave?

When you get back from your trip, head to the car park and collect your car from where you left it, drive to the exit barrier and push the intercom button. Quote your booking reference number and the barrier will raise to let you out.

How safe is my car?

You keep hold of your keys so your car will remain exactly where you parked it while you're away and the car park is protected by 24-hour CCTV cameras.

Additional Information

The car park operates a discretional 2 hour grace period if you are late collecting your car. Any later than this and you will be charged the standard daily rate of £10.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) can be accommodated by Premium Parking. Please check in advance if you have any concerns.
