What should I do when I arrive?

Upon arrival at the airport, the barrier will automatically rise. Drive in and head to the Express Parkshelter to hand over your keys. While you walk to check-in, which is just a 3-minute walk, your car will be parked in a secured car park approximately 200 yards away.

How do I get to Cardiff Airport?

You're already there! After dropping off your car, it's a short walk to the terminal for check-in and security.

What about when it's time to leave?

On your return, your car will be waiting for you at the same Express Parkarea. Ensure to call the car park in advance as instructed in your confirmation email to avoid delays.

How safe is my car?

Accessibility

This service is ideal for customers with limited mobility as no shuttle bus is needed. There is a Special Assistance call point connected to the terminal's service desk and a sheltered waiting area for operatives to meet you.

• Please ensure you bring all necessary cables for electric vehicle charging and inform the car park upon arrival about your EVC booking.
• Take all personal belongings with you before leaving your car.
• Park in the designated car park to avoid fines.
• There is a grace period of 3 hours for early or late arrivals, after which standard rates of £15 per day apply, subject to change.
• No need to print your booking confirmation; you can show it on your mobile device.
• The car park accepts most standard-sized cars without trailers or commercial vehicles (maximum size: 2.4m x 4.8m).
