Transfers: Transfers operate 24 hours a day, approximately every 20 minutes, taking just three to four minutes.

Security: The Bristol Long Stay car park, along with all Airparks' Bristol Airport parking facilities, has some top-notch security features in place. Protection for your vehicle comes in the form of high perimeter fences, entrance barriers, well-lit parking areas, regular security patrols, Automatic Number Plate Recognition and CCTV. In fact, the car park is considered so secure it has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. This is awarded by the police, and is only given to respected parking operators who have put in place stringent crime-prevention measures at their facilities. So when you leave your car at the Bristol Long Stay car park, you can rest assured it is in safe hands.

On arrival at Bristol Long Stay Parking: We operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. It is essential you enter the correct vehicle registration at the time of making the booking.
When you arrive at the car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will take a moment to read your vehicle registration. Press the button on the machine to be issued with a ticket and to raise the barrier.
Keep your ticket safe as you will need to insert it at the exit barrier when leaving the car park. We recommend that you bring a copy of your confirmation with you.
If the ticket issues does not have your vehicle registration printed on the front, and instead contains the words “payment required”, upon your return please go to the Car Park Kiosk (manned kiosk situated adjacent to the exit barriers). Please present your booking confirmation and entry ticket, which will then be validated for exit. The kiosk is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

On return to Bristol airport: When you return to the car park, the ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket.

• You will be provided with detailed information regarding the credit/debit card used.
• Card entry/exit system with your booking. Please read the instructions carefully.
• Please allow plenty of time for airport check-in and security.
• The Long Stay car park is a self park car park. There is no requirement to hand in your keys.
• Long wheel based vehicles are not permitted.
• Cars with trailers are not allowed in this car park.
