What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the car park (directions will be in your booking confirmation) and straight up to the entry barrier, this will automatically raise for you. Find yourself a parking spot and park your car, grab your luggage and you're ready to go!

Top Tip: The entry barrier will issue you a ticket, you'll need to keep hold of that to exit the car park.

How do I get to Bournemouth Airport?

One of the best things about Premium Parking is that you won't need to worry catching a transfer bus as the terminal is just a 5 minute walk away.

What about when it's time to leave?

Walk back to the car park and find your car exactly where you left it, hop in and drive to the exit barrier which will lift to let you out.

Top Tip: If you have any trouble at the barrier there is an intercom button you can use to contact a member of car park staff who will be happy to help you.

Fast Track passes work for up to 2 people and you'll need to present a copy of your parking confirmation to get into the Fast Track lane.

Trailers are not accepted in the Premium Parking car park.

There is an additional charge of £15 per day if you are delayed in collecting your car.

There are no disabled parking bays at the Premium Parking car park although there are some wider parking spaces which may be suitable.
