Dress code

The lounge has a smart casual dress code. Smart shorts, such as chino or cargo, sandals, trainers, non-sport tracksuits, hooded tops, T-Shirts, and jeans are all accepted. They don't allow clothing such as vest tops for men, sporting team shirts, clothing with offensive slogans, clothing with sports branding, baseball caps, tour shirts, fancy dress, or onesies. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Food & Drink

Hot and soft drinks, beers, wines, and spirits are all included. Choose from vodka, whisky, bottles of Tiger and Kronenberg, Guinness, Pepsi, juice, and tea and coffee to name a few. Or if you're after something extra special, there's champagne and prosecco available to buy. We do advise you to go easy on the alcoholic drinks though!

On the all-day menu, you can expect dishes like sausage barms, soups, casseroles, and a selection of sides from rice to mixed vegetables. You can finish it off with a sweet treat of scones with cream and jam - it's all included!

There are vegetarian dishes and options for gluten-free diets - just speak to a member of the team when you arrive.

Entertainment

There's plenty to keep you entertained in the lounge, including fast free wifi and TVs. There are charge points for your devices too.

Directions

The lounge is located after security. Exit Duty Free and follow signs for Gates 1-20 - it's next to Gate 1. It's suitable for all travellers, but particularly convenient for those flying with Ryanair or Jet2.

Opening times

The lounge is open Fri - Sun.

Winter opening hours (1st Nov - 31st Mar):

• Friday: 6.00am to 3.00pm
• Saturday: 6.00am to 3.00pm
• Sunday: 6.00am to 3.00pm

Summer opening hours (1st Apr - 31st Oct):

• The lounge is open daily 04:30am - 4:00pm

You can use the lounge up to 2 hours before your flight. When you book you'll be asked what time you want to arrive and your 2 hours will start from then.

Aspire Lounge South welcomes travellers from all airlines however it's most suitable for those travelling with Ryanair or Jet2 as it's closer to those departure gates.

Children - Children of all ages are welcome in the lounge, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Groups - Party of 6 or more people? Group bookings have to be requested with the lounge. Please do not make separate bookings as the lounge will refuse you entry.
