Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport The car park was a little difficult to find at night and being our for the first time, the transfer bus was well signwritten and the driver gave clear instructions on the signs of the bus and location point for the return journey. The return journey was not as expected after waiting 25 minutes and being refused entry on a plain white bus we were then told it was the correct bus but now it was full and to wait for the next bus all in all it took over 45 minutes to get back to the car park not the best experience Mrs Davies 09 Aug, 2022

Arden Birmingham Airport Staff were friendly and flexible with room to ensure I got a no smoking room. A wake up call was arranged but this never occurred. On check out the receptionist kindly called the taxi to ensure that I could pay by card and told me it was sorted. Taxi driver was surprised to hear that I. Wanted to pay by card. He charged £8 (vice the £6 quoted on the website) and although I booked to go to the airport terminal, dropped me off at the mono rail. As it turned out this worked well but should be explained. The car park was rammed full with many cars parking on grass verges. Through luck I found a proper space but far from the hotel entrance. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the bed which had a mattress that was far from clean and smelt a little. Overall reasonably practical for parking win friendly staff but the room left a little to be desired. I would be tempted to try another hotel near the airport in future. Mr Wurwal 03 Sep, 2017
