What should I do when I arrive?
When you're around 20 minutes' away from the Airport give Meteor a ring before heading over to the Valet Parking car park and collecting your ticket at the barrier.
Your personal driver will be ready and waiting for you at the Valet Parking area and will have ID with them. Simply pass them your keys and stroll over to the Terminal in just 2 minutes while your driver is sorting out the parking.
Top Tip:You'll need to hand over your ticket from the entrance barrier to your driver on arrival.

After you've met your driver, it's just a 2 minute walk from the Valet Parking area to the Terminal.
What about when it's time to leave?
On your return, give the car park a call once you've collected your luggage. Follow the signs back over to the 'Valet Parking' area where you dropped off your car, it will be ready and waiting for you in a designated bays.
The car park will provide you with a ticket to leave the Valet Parking area. You need to leave this car park within 10 minutes of your call or you may need to pay to leave the car park.
If you've chosen to opt for Meteor's meet and greet and car wash package, your car will be freshly cleaned for you while you're away.
Top Tip:Your dedicated driver will be carrying ID.

Additional Information
The car park cannot accommodate vehicles which have trailers, commercial vehicles or vehicles with 8 or more sears. Cars need to fit under the 2.1m entrance barrier and to fit in a 2.4m x 4.8m standard parking bay.
Meteor parking is suitable for people with reduced mobility as this service doesn't require a shuttle bus.
