What should I do when I arrive?

Upon arrival, follow the blue cones and park next to the cabin. Check in at reception and drop off your keys. The Airparks team will then park and charge your car while you catch the shuttle to the terminal. Shuttle buses run every 25 minutes between 3am and 2am, and on-call service is available outside these hours.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

After checking in and leaving your car with the Airparks team, take the shuttle bus, which will drop you off at the terminal in about 14 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you return, the shuttle bus will pick you up at the same location where you were dropped off. Your car will be fully charged and ready for collection in the Blue Zone, Row A or B.
