ACE Meet and Greet Birmingham Airport I like that I can drive to the airport and not have the hassle or cost of finding a space. Its a good service. I would have given higher if you had returned my car quicker but I had to wait longer than I think is acceptable outside in the cold and it was dark. Especially for solo female traveller. If it was me that was late you'd no doubt pass on parking charges! My wife has to use a wheelchair and with two suitcases plus hand luggage, it could have been awkward, but your staff stepped in to help).
