Looking carefully at my booking I seen that the conformation stated from 11am on the first day to 12pm on the last day, these are not the times that I booked in for, my flight left on the first day very early this was all very confusing. I had to ask for assistance on leaving the car park as well . It is better if the times aren't so restricted especially at the airport where one can experience delays. Long Stay Belfast Airport Our only complaint was that there were no trolleys available in the section where we had to park, the surface was very uneven and the stones were not kind to the wheels on our suitcases..really for an International Airport it is an embarrassment compared with facilites at other airports. The machine also wouldn't accept our ticket when leaving, we had to show proof of our booking and reference number before we were let out...not a good experience to be honest, but its close proximity to the airport is its redeeming factor. The downside is that the car park should be better surfaced and bay markings have long since faded. Without white lines, some folk take two places which is annoying when you must park quite far away. But, while there was the number recognition system, I was still issued a ticket and, on exit, it asked me to pre pay next time .... Question. On PrePay should a ticket be issued? Long Stay Belfast Airport Fast and efficient, apart from the fact that the arrow on the ticket points towards the driver when it needs inserted in the exit gate point on leaving. Also, the ticket should be printed stating "prepaid" rather than stating that the bill should be paid at a ticket machine. These are two adjustments which would justify a 10/10.
