Airparks at a glance

Airparks Services Limited was incorporated on October 9, 1991, when the Apple Booking Company (the company now known as HolidayExtras.com, the market leader of holiday extras serving over 2.5m passengers every year) purchased a secured off-site airport car parking company serving Birmingham International Airport. Since those early days the Company has grown and now operates an additional site at London Luton airport. We are constantly seeking new opportunities at other UK airports to serve our customers.

Airparks provides quality airport parking to over 500,000 customers per year.

Our complaint ratio is less than three complaints per thousand customers and we're working hard to get that figure even lower. But more importantly, to make sure every single one of our customers is fully satisfied. It is very rare that something goes wrong at one of our car parks, but when it does, there is a systematic complaints procedure in place which makes sure all problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

All of our car parks are secured under the definition given by the Association of Chief Police Officers accredited scheme for car parks. Airparks Services Ltd. has also been Quality Assured to ISO 9001 2008 for secured airport parking and passenger transfer services, an achievement we are very proud of.

Each Airparks site boasts a 24hr Reception, that is open all year round and offers a frequently run service of buses which transfers customers direct to the airport terminal. All customers vehicles are parked by staff until their expected return when a bus is sent to collect them from the airport terminal – providing customers with peace of mind and a convenient way to get to the airport. Airparks regularly review individual security arrangements at each car park in order to offer a safe environment for our customers and their vehicles, i.e. we use CCTV, security fencing and barriers. At our Birmingham and Luton sites, we even have stinger plates installed for extra security.

We pride ourselves in covering all of our airport hotel and airport parking products with our Best Price Guarantee policy. Find an identical airport hotel, airport lounge or airport parking product for less within 24 hours of booking, tell us and we will match the price or refund the difference. The airport hotel, airport lounge or airport parking product under comparison must be identical in every respect, including the same cancellation terms. We reserve the right to ask for evidence of product price and availability before we accept your claim.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Our Best Price Guarantee excludes: offers conditional on buying other products, travel insurance products, overseas lounges, London city centre hotels or parking, hotel packages including coach or rail, hotels or parking in the Republic of Ireland.
Our Best Price Guarantee will not apply to price-differences of five pence or less.
Excludes prices that are part of customer loyalty, members’ or loyalty reward scheme.
We evaluate the total price of products booked, which may include additional costs such as airport access charges.
Additional fees or charges including but not limited to credit card surcharge and cancellation protection are excluded.

VAT

Our suppliers' reservation and booking systems can vary in the way they round up or round down the VAT element of the total price payable. Because of this, our Best Price Guarantee will not apply to price-differences of five pence or less where we have established that the VAT calculation is the sole reason for the difference.

Airparks Trademarks

Airparks is the proprietor of trademarks.

The trademark AIRPARKS consists of the word itself whether in a stylised representation or plain text.

This trademark may only be used to describe the products or services of Airparks Services Ltd.

Any unauthorised use of our trademark may result in action to protect our rights.

This website is managed by Airparks Services Limited, registered in England and Wales, No 2652781, registered office 100 Mackadown Lane, Birmingham, B33 0JD. If you park at Luton your contract will be with Airparks Services Limited, if you park at Birmingham it will be with Airparks Services (Birmingham) Limited.

Terms and Conditions

What we can do

a) We will take reasonable care of your vehicle for the period you have booked and paid for, starting from when you give us the keys to your vehicle.
b) We will only be responsible where we are at fault, or where we are negligent; we are not responsible for the acts of third parties.
c) We can move vehicles to a secured parking site we choose within the area.
d) If you park for longer than the period you have booked for, we will charge you the full daily price that applies at the time.
e) We will consider your vehicle to have been abandoned if you do not claim it at the end of your booked period. After three months we may make arrangements for the disposal of your vehicle and will serve notice on you to this effect in accordance with the requirements of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. We will use the proceeds of sale to cover our costs.
f) Customer’s vehicles are insured whilst being driven by a member of our staff in any car park that is in the company’s control or on the public highway.

We are not responsible for the following

a) Matters that are covered by your car, holiday or any other more specific insurance. You must look to that for protection in the first instance.
b) If you damage your vehicle while parking it, events outside our control or events you have not arranged insurance cover for or have insurance excesses for.
c) This is an open air car park, Airparks will not accept liability for the consequences of the weather or for any alleged damage that was not seen or reported and due to the weather or light conditions or where the exterior of the vehicle was dirty. Airparks will not accept responsibility for damaged windscreens or other glass, unless such damage is proved to be as a result of our proven act or negligence.
d) Mechanical failures, terrorism, catastrophe or criminal activity, unless caused by our deliberate actions or negligence.
e) Airparks is not liable for the mechanical or electrical failure of vehicles in its car parks, which includes (but not limited to) batteries, key fobs, alarms and immobilisers, or for any damage to wheels, or tyres (including punctures), unless such damage is proved to be as a result of our proven act or negligence.
f) Any deterioration in the vehicle’s condition while it is at the car park.
g) Property left unattended on our site, in courtesy vehicles and trailers, or in your vehicle.
h) Any losses caused by you not leaving enough time for transfers to the airport.
i) Delays in collecting your vehicle caused by you losing the receipts or not having some other proper authority.
j) Damage claims you make after leaving the site, unless you can prove that the damage occurred as a result of our fault or negligence.
k) Any consequential (indirect) losses.
l) If you miss your flight due to unexpected delays or your failure to allow enough time.
m) Airparks does not accept any responsibility or liability for delays to its services as a result of circumstances beyond its control including (but not limited to) traffic congestion, road accidents, flight delays, security alerts, and severe weather conditions.

What you must do

a) Arrive in plenty of time, follow signs and park where we tell you to, and not cause an obstruction.
b) Let us know if you have a disability and need help.
c) Leave your vehicle keys with us so that we can move your vehicle.
d) Tell us about any vehicle immobiliser, automatic security feature or modification for a disability.
e) Remove all your belongings from the vehicle.
f) Keep your luggage with you at all times.
g) Hand the vehicle over to us in a roadworthy, safe and legal condition with full insurance.
h) Drive slowly and carefully in the car park and keep children with you.
i) The bus driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Please follow the driver’s instructions.
j) Produce a receipt or some other proper authority when you come to collect the vehicle. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you cannot prove that you own it.
k) Pay any parking charge due if you park longer than agreed. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you do not pay these charges.
l) Check your vehicle carefully before leaving it with us or taking it away again.
m) Fill in a customer service report for any claim before you leave the site with your vehicle.
n) You must allow sufficient time to transfer from the car park and complete airport departure procedures.
o) Your car must be handed over in a roadworthy condition with a valid MOT and correctly displaying a tax disc. If the chauffeur believes that your car is either unsafe or not road legal then they may refuse to drive your car. No refund will be made in these circumstances.

Up to 60% saving

60 per cent saving is based on booking airport parking in advance with Airparks compared to the standard car park gate price.

Parking from £3.49 per day

Price based on the best day parking price at JetParks 3, Manchester from November 1st, 2016 onwards and are subject to daily change and availability. Prices vary depending on location, length of stay, time of year and when you book.

Privacy Policy

Personal information

When you have searched for prices and availability and are ready to confirm your booking, we will ask for your name, your postal address and your fax number and e-mail address (if applicable).

We'll also need your credit/debit card details (including card number, cardholder name and expiry date) in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. If you're paying by debit card we may also need to take the start date and issue number of the card.

We'll also ask you for your telephone number in case we need to contact you urgently regarding your booking.

How does Airparks^® use this personal information?

We need your 'name' so we can confirm to the hotel, lounge or car park operator who the booking is for.
We need your 'credit card' details so that we can collect payment for your booking.
We need your 'name' and 'address' to confirm that the credit card belongs to you.
We also need your 'address' so that we can send you your booking voucher and in case we have to write to you about any part of your booking in advance of your stay.
We might use your 'telephone number' or 'e-mail address' in the unlikely event that we need to contact you urgently about your booking.
We may also use this information to let you know about any special offers/promotions we think would be of interest to you.
We may also use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to diagnose problems with our server and administer the site - monitoring visitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the Airparks site further.

How does Airparks protect customer information?

All the information you give us is protected by a secure server. The secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. The information is only de-encrypted when it reaches our server. You can tell our site is secure as a small locked padlock will appear in the bottom left of your browser to show that you can safely send credit card details through our site. Another indicator is that our secure pages will not display a 'security alert' message.

We also have a Firewall (security software) in place to protect our internal information from the Internet.

Does the Airparks site use cookies?

Yes, Airparks uses 'temporary cookies', which are only used during the booking process. (A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to store on a web browser so it can later be read back from that browser. This is useful for having the browser remember some specific information (ref. Cookie Central).

Will Airparks disclose any of this personal information to third parties?

Airparks will only disclose your name and booking details to our suppliers (see above) for operational purposes. We will only pass on your details to other companies for marketing purposes if you have given us your permission to do so on the page where you enter your name and address.

We won't disclose credit/debit card numbers unless we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Will Airparks use the information I give for direct marketing?

Secure Booking System

Book with confidence when you use Airparks^®

All the personal details you provide us with are protected by a secure server. The information you enter when making your booking is encrypted by secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers). As it is encrypted (scrambled), it is impossible for anyone else to read. When it reaches our webserver it is unscrambled and turned back into what you initially wrote.

You can tell our site is secure by a small locked padlock that will appear in your browser's address bar. The website address starts with https:// after the padlock to show that you are definitely in a secure area.

We also have a Firewall (security software) in place to protect our internal information from the Internet.

We never ask your card PIN number to be disclosed during the booking process.

We do not retain live records of your personal details or credit card information on our web servers after your booking transaction has been completed.
